Good luck to Tom Weal, I hope he gets the move because he's a good coach and I think we were rash to let him go. He seemed a very friendly person, who had the respect of the players and his contributions to our promotion by giving help on where to dive and the penalty training was a masterstroke in terms of success in bringing us back. Everyone played their role, including Tom.
