Sadlad will be Gladlad tonight after Saddlers 3-0 win away, keeping them just above Notts and  so close to a play off spot.

Feel sorry for the Shrews equallising in the 90th min after having a player sent off in the 37th min only for table topping Doncaster to score in the 93rd min.Heartbreaking!

Hartlepool score 3 against Crewe to help their survival prospects.

Bury, who Notts completely outplayed last Friday, win away at 4th placed Swindon.

There's still a long way to go and a lot of teams still have a lot to play for.

It's never dull for Notts or at Meadow Lane, the same can be fully said about our league too. It's surprising how results can go sometimes and I wouldn't of expected to see Bury sideline Swindon, I thought they'd of taken this game but that's not such as easy thing. Walsall deserved the win from what I've read, which I took have kept an eye on their result(s). Did you know all 3 goals was scored by there international superstar? (a young Northern Ireland lad) Good player, one who I've been joking about having for ourself but we'd never get him.

Shame really because I would be happy with him or paddy.

Cheers Super Ram. Delighted to get the 3 points at Carlisle. I had actually booked a day off work and got my coach ticket to go but then had to change my plans. Gutted at missing out on that win! I go to nearly all our away games.

Another good win today against the Shrews and now 8th just five points behind the play off teams.

Off to Swindon on Saturday. Hired mini bus job depts Bescot 8.45am. Gonna be a terrific outing. Pub stops along the way and hopefully 3 more points for the Super Saddlers!

League One is becoming a very open league, It's no doubt the most exciting it period in recent years. Good level in League Two, the Championships taken leaps too and this what makes British football special. Walsall, other sides must fancy their chances now. I'd ideally like to see Notts in the mix at the end of the season.

Yes, we're getting to the business end of the season, with a lot of twists and turns anticipated. As with the Grand National there are still quite a few fences for teams to negotiate and some fancied teams may fall, letting in 'outsiders'.
