I don't read The Sun (honest) but I am told that they no longer have topless girls on page three. From last Friday breasts are covered up by swim wear or underwear.

Good thing or will you mourn the loss of the page 3 topless girls?

I don't buy papers very much but i heard about it on the radio. I don't think its a loss, but i wouldn't would i. If i ever buy the sun, i always skip to the pages i want to look at so it would make no difference.

I don't buy any papers either, not even the Nottingham Post. It's not worth the money!

If I do, it will be because either I am/or a family members in it (very rarely). Though I have been quoted with comments for the J&J walk I did, as the interviewer was interested in my dislocation problems and why I'd be mad enough to walk that length (I was actually fine, very little pain). I was in it when the tickets went on for sale for the Liverpool game and because of @Dan excellent pictures which he sent off. @super_pie and Ellie really liked that!

Though as I say, I don't buy them otherwise because I read everything online and the Sun has never been a quality paper.

Cheap and tacky.

They've got their own website so I bet they do more on that instead of the paper.

I last bought the Sun 'bout 30 years ago. I've never really liked it even with page 3

It has long been an embarrasing anachronism - nudity has no place in a newspaper.

I like how the main news stations interviewed builders about the subject.

No builder will say it's a good thing, it's in their nature to find it amusing and we all know the stereo type builder. I think it's a shambles when the press try to make it seem like a big 'thing' by interviewing the wrong people who's views are about as worthy as the story itself.

I think they'll drag it out, which I suspect is the reason behind it.

Free promotion for a fading paper!

seems The Sun has had some fun at the expense of everybody... see quote

"FURTHER to recent reports in all other media outlets, we would like to clarify that on Page 3 of today's Sun is a picture of Nicole, 22, from Bournemouth.

We would like to apologise on behalf of the print and broadcast journalists who have spent the last two days talking and writing about us."

oh, and @notts-joe it's ok @tonyhateley didn't know, so his virtue is still intact
