@DangerousSausage, if Saturday hasn't turned you into a Gladbach fan then I give up!!

They certainly went up in my estimation after beating the Hoppits! With Waldhof beating Kaiserslautern's second string (what an indignity by the way - just imagine Notts having to play F*rest's reserves in the league) it was a pretty decent weekend for football in Germany!

Shame Notts then mucked it all up ...

Hoppits? This sounds very much like something out of the Lord of the Rings, though to avoid copyright lawsuits. LOL

I can't even have a stab at which team they played based on this nickname, google the result I am disappointed I didn't. 3rd is a decent position, I see Leverkusen are not far behind and Dortmund are still doing poor. haha!!

Go Gladbach! Go!!

"Hoppits" is based on the billionaire owner of TSG Hoffenheim, Dietmar Hopp. They're not my favourite club. The whole thing is like Richard Branson getting on board at, say, Tuxford and steering them to the Premier League. I think we might have covered this ground before though ;)

Dortmund are on a great run, they were rock bottom at Christmas!
