Julian Nagelsmann Hoffenheim

What message does this send out to people?

Don't listen to the charm offensive, sometimes when people go all out to get just what they want - its not usually the best thing for you (otherwise they would take a more natural approach).

You can have a bad spell, yet if you remain focused to your true goals - your talent will continue to shine and things will therefore improve.

Don't rush into coaching or take the short route, actually learn and embrace this.

@notts-joe An interesting comparison with JF's tenure. The difference being is that Hoffenheim knew his track record and his tactical playing style. JF came to Notts with no discernible track record, with big questions over his Bolton managerial record too. An interesting Notts link that Ricardo also had a spell at TSV 1860 prior to joining us. Maybe not enough due diligence was done on Ricardo's defensive coaching qualities
