Brazil are looking better, although I'm finding them to be a little dirty and cheating. (the diving especially annoying) The referee for me is ruining the play, some of his calls have been odd also. Spain seem to be struggling to get into good areas, though I don't see Brazil managing to play like this for 90 minutes. I think it will slow down!

Just now Oscar went down, thought to be a penalty (from what was said)

How far did he have to go? Wasted chance though!

Really enjoying it :) Anyone else watching/watched.

I didn't even know it was on.Just shows how much interest there was in this competition-I think you're the first to mention it.

I was surprised to learn that it was on BBC 1, I scanned all the other channels. It's been a pretty good match, Spain's defense as been poor and their keep's done very well. He made a couple of outstanding saves!

Brazil gave a pen away, which was struck wide.

If your going to lose like Spain, after the incredible run they've had.. they might aswell do it in style :P

I suppose the media will be writing Spain off now and super-hyping Brazil up.

Annoying yesterday one of the commentators said 'This is the start of Brazil'.

I thought Brazil was fairly poor early on, solid team but lack what we've come to know and love. They did play well yesterday, Spain also did pass around nicely but it could have been different had Spain brought their defense with them.

I wouldn't bet on Brazil winning the next world cup, I think we've got more chance. What do I know? :(

I've got nothing against Brazil .They were THE international team that I grew up with .From the late fifties they have always been one of the best sides. As football came to be shown on telly more they were the side everyone wanted to watch(as well as their own national side) Over the years they've had wonderful players like Jairzinho, Rivelino, Garrincha and of course Pele that were a real joy to watch. The thing that really annoys me is the way commentators go on as if Brazil will automatically play brilliantly every time they play and thrash everyone out of sight..Rant over.
