Not related to Notts County but this guy definitely deserves a shoutout... Gordon Banks, who won the 1966 World Cup with England, turns 80 today!

Fantastic keeper, someone who played at a level well beyond his time and I would go as far as to say it's keepers like Gordon Banks that inspired other great shot-stoppers such as Peter Shilton, David Seaman and others.

All I need to add is THIS SAVE!

Fantastic keeper and lovely man.I spoke to him on a train returning from London(Both the Leicester City and Sheffield Wednesday teams were on the train)about 60 years ago.Happy birthday Gordon.
