Monster films

Featured Replies

It's not been that long since I last watched 'The Blob' but I find myself wanting to see it again, the other week I also watched 'Slither' which is a fun film. Funnily enough, both films contain cast members from The Walking Dead.

I aim to draw up a list of monster films, I may even watch some of the classic hammer films.

So, I hope PON members can throw me some suggestions but also name movies which they have enjoyed themselves. Let get this discussion going! I think it would be fun.

Not a big horror fan but some films I like are sinister and lady in black ... not a big horror fan @Chris. I used to like walking dead then it went daft and not to my likening I like the blob but not something I would watch.

I have a sizeable collection of the old Hammer and Amicus horror films from the 1950s and 60s.. I love 'em.  My own favourites are Dr Terrors House Of Horrors, and Curse Of The Werewolf.

Its worth checking out the ones directed by William Castle too. Titles such as "House On Haunted Hill" "13 Ghosts" and "The Tingler" .
