Video Discussion: Nolan: Lincoln (A)

The same players he has lifted previous seasons are now the same people who are letting him down, the defence is a big issue but I do not understand why Kevin Nolan is blaming the strikers for missing chances.

We are lucky they are even scoring with the way Notts are playing right now.

I love the bloke. Even if things are going bad, I still have the same desire for him as I do for the club. Hes provided with some memories and players at the Lane I will never forget. I hope we can turn things around this weekend as I want him to silence all these Nolan out haters. I shall be reminding these 'haters' if we win of their tweets and remarks over the last week if they start wanting him to stay again.

He's a manager that can transform the club if we allow him.

Give him time, he deserved it last season and if things fail - for me it will be the players more than Kevin Nolan's fault. If he continues to play someone, surely they should step up and thank the managers faith in their ability? A good manager may not risk separating the players if he can get a response and I think KN hopes for this happen.

He does look to be hurting but blaming the strikers only seems deluded because the pressure if only from the back.

It's them failing us! We could have Ronaldo and Messi and they'd make little difference if Richard Duffy decides to pass straight to the opposition as if he's @NcfcT4. ;)
