More importantly come on Burnley!! I want to see them burn some tree's!! ;)

Although, I wish our resident Swindon fan and friend well. I hope Chelsea don't field the strongest 11 and Swindon take the game as an example, I hope they do well.

Derby 1-0 up at Leicester at half time. Bit of a Notts reunion there with Ben Davies lining up against Kasper Schmichael.

In other news, Manchester City are 1-0 up at home to Wigan, but many Wigan fans are STILL queuing up for tickets. It was pay on the day, and far more turned up on the night than they imagined

Results:
Aston Villa 0-4 Tottenham Hotspur

Burnley 2-1 That Lot

Hull City 1-0 Huddersfield Town

Leicester City 2-1 Derby County

Manchester City 5-0 Wigan Athletic

Southampton 2-0 Bristol City

Sunderland 2-0 Peterborough United

Swindon Town 0-2 Chelsea

Watford 2-2 Norwich City

West Ham United 3-2 Cardiff City

No real shocks tonight. Dissapointing defeat for the Rams but I suppose in a way, losing in normal time might be a blessing as I doubt they would have fancied extra time ahead of this weekend's crunch game.

Some interesting looking ties tommorow night. Five games altogether:
Birmingham City v Swansea City

Manchester United v Liverpool

Newcastle United v Leeds United

Tranmere Rovers v Stoke City

West Brom v Arsenal

Probably the night's biggest shock came north of the border, where Celtic lost 1-0 at home to Greenock Morton in the Scottish League Cup!

Listened on Radio Derby.Leicester made 8 changes and Rams had loads of chances in the first half.I'm disappointed at the result but not too bothered.Could do without another injury.I just wish we would stop giving soft goals away and would start converting a few more of the  many chances we seem to make every match.Saturday would be a good day to get it right!

Spurs seem a really good side this season.

Be interesting to see Utd v Pool tonight, especially after Utd lost to City it could get ugly if they lose to Pool aswell.

No matter who wins the league cup for me the best memory is notts county v liverpool from Anfield the pies came back from the dead from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 the look on Stevie G face and the other players when the little team from nottingham dared to fight back. We may have lost but we took them to extra time and scared them. If we can do that i think we can gain promotion.
