So the champions league match day three is nearly upon us with all English teams hitting stumbling blocks.

Tuesday 23rd October

Group F kick off 8pm

Manchester United v Juventus

This one promises to be a great match with Ronaldo making his first trip to old Trafford since beating United them with Madrid back in 2013. Jose has ruled out Alexis Sanchez for tonight’s game saying the players you see will be the players that play. With United second 4 points Juventus first with six it’s going to be intriguing.

Group F kick off 8pm

Shak Donetsk v Man City

with no new injuries Pep has a strong squad to choose from after two games City sit in 2nd with three points and shak in 3rd with 2  points. A win for Shak is a must with progression on there minds. Where a win for City would put them in a fantastic position.

Wednesday 24th October

PSG v Spurs

with two straight defeats Spurs are desperate to get champions league Champaign back on track as they face Fourth place PSV. who them selfs sit with zero points and fourth for both teams this  is a must win if they want to progress and avoid elimination or falling in to the Europa league Spurs have worked hard to establish them selfs as a Champions league side.

Group D kick off 8pm

Liverpool v Czveda

on paper heading in to this Liverpool have the easyist tie out of all the English sides. But Klopp won’t underestimate Czveda and the possible element of surprise and the will to cause Liverpool a shock. Back at Anfield Liverpool have built a fortress and the faithful becoming he 11th man. Liverpool sit in second with three pints have there 91st minute defeat to Napoli whom sit top of the group with four points thanks to that win. A win for Liverpool will put them in with a real shout of qualifying for the last 16 after last season runners up finish Klopp and his team have certainly set the bar high for this season.
