The third division hasn't restarted yet as the DFB (German FA; who run the division) failed to submit a concept to the government to finance all the hygiene measures that would be necessary. Since then, the DFB has been threatening its member clubs with fines and has scheduled 11 rounds of matches to take place in 5 weeks, even though several teams aren't even allowed to train, never mind play...
