The performance against Wealdstone was slightly better than what went before so that's positive. BW beat us 1-0 at home in December. They are a decent side and sit 10th in the table. They have drawn 11 games and 4 of their last 5 results have been draws. Their other result was a 1-0 loss at Wealdstone. They haven't scored or conceded in their last 2 games. I think it will be a close game but I think Notts will sneak a 1-0 win.

boreham wood seem to like to play attacking football but in the highlights i have seen defensively they can be quite poor. if we create enough, i think we can get a good result. i really fancy wootton to grab his first hattrick here.

Chuckle brothers reunited in the middle.

1-0 down HT. It's been pretty scrappy and both sides have had their chances.

We're losing this in the middle of the park. The chuckle brothers and Rodrigues are second best to almost everything.

The worst thing Ardley could do in my opinion is bring on Knowles (way too physical for him) and take Rodrigues off for O'Brien. I'm not adverse to O'Brien coming on, but it should be for Reeves or Doyle.

2-0 now. Nowhere near good enough given the squad at the manager's disposal. Nevermind 1st place, if this continues, there won't even be a playoff place.

What a total load of crap.

The owners need to pull the trigger ASAP so we can sort out for next season.

We can’t keep ignoring the poor management of the team any longer. The middle is so soft and slow, it’s ridiculous.

Sam is not what’s needed for this sort of patch in the season.

On the face of it, a draw is a good result in the circumstances but it's papering over the cracks. Performances have to improve. The playoff race is tightening.

If I was a BW fan, I’d be going crazy that they were robbed of the points.

10 minutes of actual grit and fight. Poor. Again.

The season is petering out and the writing is on the wall imo.

That's the frustrating thing. When this team plays, it's almost unbeatable. Another 10 minutes and Notts would have won IMO. Unleash them from the start and we'll be sitting pretty before too long!

Agreed. But he seems reluctant to remove the shackles because it doesn’t suit his game plan.

what a waste of talent and quite frankly, is draining confidence out of people.
