May 27, 20214 yr #2 This one will be interesting. We sit in fifth, which would ensure a home tie in the play-off quarter finals. Only Wrexham can overtake us, and only in the event that they win at Dagenham and we lose at Bromley. A point will do for us. Finishing sixth wouldn't be the end of the world, but it would mean missing out on the twelfth man at Meadow Lane. There's also lots riding on it for Bromley - they can only reach the play-offs if they win. So it could be a more open game than our last encounter. This has a bit of a phoney war feel to it as we've already qualified, but we really shouldn't let our standards drop now. I'd like to see Rawlinson in there if he's fit again so he's sharp for the play-offs, and maybe a few moe minutes for the likes of Sam and Griffiths too.
May 28, 20214 yr #3 Tomorrow will be a massive test for us. Win and we are riding the wave, probably to the final and even beyond. Lose and Bromley have managed to stop the train in its tracks at the wrong time, and done themselves a good chance of being involved. Confidence is massive here as I say, we need the win as that will push us on and give the players the “we can beat anyone” feeling.
May 28, 20214 yr #4 Notts need to keep the momentum going. A loss wouldn't be the end of the world but it would kill the feel good factor we are experiencing at the moment. The fans deserve a home game in the playoffs. IB knows this and he'll deliver IMO.
May 29, 20214 yr #5 Don’t like this kickoff time! Sat here thinking the games on in two hours. What can I get done before then. Messed up my Saturday routine! ????????
May 29, 20214 yr #6 Notts could have been out of sight by half time. Didn't really show up in the 2nd half. Didn't deserve anything out of the game.
May 30, 20214 yr #8 I don't know exactly what to expect from Chesterfield, but I'm glad we're not playing Bromley. They are a tough side to face.
May 30, 20214 yr #9 Actually, I would not be surprised if Bromley get through to the final. Very well organised and although Notts should have been well ahead by H/T. Bromley have that resilience in defence
May 30, 20214 yr #10 Bromley are the dark horses for sure. They managed the game brilliantly yesterday. Their consistency is impressive. They don't panic.
