Sorry to hear that you are having ear issues @Fan of Big Tone. Any problem with ears is naff, never mind not being able to hear anything. My grandad suffered alot with wax and used to put a small amount of Olive Oil into each ear overnight, closely followed by some cotton wool and he swore by it for years. I hope you get sorted soon. Maggot nicely dangled @Chris how long are you going to keep us biting before all is revealed 😀 Must get on with the chores of the day now as I have been tasked with the filling of large area's (get out the trowel) with plaster and making someone else's bad handiwork look good. Great to hear @Fan of Big Tone having contact with your brother on his birthday, a super age to get to 87, belated happy birthday. Nice one with the geocaches, I have friends who are regularly out and about looking for them. As for @The Anti-Clough and dracula, it sounds more like Hulk Hogan has ripped your t shirt to pieces, god bless him. Time to feed the fish and get some breakfast whilst enjoying being bathed in sunshine through the front door, and watching the birds enjoying their seeds etc from our feeders. Can't beat it with a big stick. Thought for the day :- May the sun's rays caress you and fill your heart with the joy and happiness you deserve.

Luke being there will be a nice catch-up for some and a reminder where we have come from under his guidance. I really hope that he can find his way back into football, he deserves it. Looking forwards to Saturdays friendly against Cardiff with positive expectations. I agree that by now Martin will know the players enough to be able to pick a competative and exciting side capable of giving Cardiff a run for their money. What a fantastic match, the girls did England proud. Lucy Bronze and Hemp stood out for me, absolute warriors. I do think that after the Sweden game and what happened Sarina Wiegman could of brought our saviours Michelle Agyemang and Chloe Kelly on a little earlier 🤔 Another heroine for us was the goalie Hannah Hampton, as that double save she made late on was mind blowing. All in all WELL DONE LIONESSES 🦁

I hope that your cat is ok and it's just routine @Fan of Big Tone she sounds like one of my dogs whenever the wife wants to bath and clip him, he disappears and hides well out of her way. Found that the washer had decided to pack up on us whilst we were away this weekend. So the highlight of my day is waiting in for him between 09:00 and 17:00. Happy days 😊 Thought for the day. I totally agree with you all, this looks like the signing we have all been waiting for. A tall ranging lad who has vast experience both here and abroad, good shot stopper, commands his area and can distribute well. Will look forward to him being tested sometime on Saturday. COYP.

People, please please please don’t despair and take the negative. The situation we have at the moment is obviously a little quieter than usual but think on, when you have a quest and are working hard towards fulfilling it, silence is golden. The Club we lovingly support (especially since the brothers took the helm) has flourished in all departments. So now is the time, more than ever to get behind one and all, showing our togetherness and patience. Look forward not backwards, and put faith into supporting all and sundry. Remember:- Those who continually shout are unmelodious, but those who whisper are always in tune.

Absolutely, with Jatta and Jodie Jones scoring, superb. Although Jatta is missing our first 5 games. I think we still need the cover of a proven goalscorer to challenge for that position. A great result that should somewhat allay fears and put us on the front foot. COYP.
