  1. i just want to see a solid performance to end the season at meadow lane. not sure how i see this going but i think it might cause some heated moments.
  2. i would also rather see more new signings arrive that will be able to settle in nolans notts squad.
  3. past couple of games we have been beaten without little threat from us, so i m not sure its anyone but its positive to say.
  4. just cancel it, there is no need to mention the ladies! fueling the fire.
  5. hes stating the obvious but i hope we see better against blackpool and newport.
  6. i sort of feel we will lose this also but more because we seem to take a game to regroup properly after a disappointing game.
  7. they made yesterday a special occasion and i loved the banter between the kop/sirrel stand. credit is deserved for the way pompey played and gained promotion.
  8. respect for saying this. thanks for visiting pon @PompeyFan
  9. well done @Chris some great interviews in there, i thought the guy in the duo that did most of the talking answered very well.
  10. i thought we was quite poor tbf. we was too defensive and we never really passed the ball around well, we just lost the ball because portsmouth wanted it more. i honestly was not impressed, only certain players like grant, milsom, campbell looked eager to get involved. thought we also missed ameobi, stead was isolated also.
  11. i am looking forward to the game, portsmouth bring good numbers and its one of the fewer l2 games where it feels notts are bigger than this division. i think it would not be productive to see notts defend or park the bus, tho we should probably be setup so we can defend and attack. so balanced for me, if we aim to attack and get caught out. i think they will show us up.
  12. kn needs an extension and a hefty release clause, if a club wants nolan they need to pay for him. life is good at the moment under him and i would like it continue for a few years, so discouraging other clubs would help us to retain him.
  13. looking forward to seeing the highlights and what can only be described as a howler from him above in goal. we got the points as a team tho!
  14. alan hardy presents a nicer vibe around the club, its not all sunshine and smiles or trying to form arguments where they are none. perhaps ah has the right focus?
  15. he frustrated me also. i thought he played better in the second half but he was not worth the shirt overall. poor performance and fans who are defending him should recall a few months back when few gave effort. we cant accept it, its not on!
  16. both goals by him was great, as was hollis header. even steads disallowed effort was class.
  17. i thought he looked very tired after the 70th minute passed but when hes playing like that i would not sub him.
  18. brill game, notts played very well and it was the first game in awhile where i felt we controlled the game without looking all the shaky at the back.
  19. people wont get you confused with @Joe Jones now, so its a positive mate. sure people will understand.
  20. after beating wycombe 1-0 we probably struggle to score, so it will probably be a draw.
  21. i sympathise but would rather read about my own club. not sure what the post are clutching onto my asking questions which would lead to these answers.
