Match Discussion: Game 4 - The Robins (A)
i do wonder how the new lad will fit in? i dont want to sound negative towards him but i think it would be wrong if he just made it straight into the first team. i want the players to keep working for the privilege so that we can get the very best out of them. hopefully, he does come on from off the bench but i dont think the team needs any changes unless we have injury concerns.

Something for Fan of Big Tone
@Fan of Big Tonei love reading fans thoughts on former players, its the best education you can get when you have not seen them play. stories might be projected a little taller, due to the pride and nostalgia but that just makes it even better.

Nottm Forest Women v Notts County Women
i agree. ???????? they just need to keep building and not before long, they will climb the leagues. i am pleased we have a womens team that is fully ours and is growing organically.

Welcome To Notts George Abbott
i dont mind a loan signing like this, i think it makes sense to being someone in who is a young captain and can play multiple positions. I wish him well, and i hope he does well.

Nottm Forest Women v Notts County Women
its a positive to be drawing at half time, the gulf between us and them is big. nothing to be that down about, our players tried and thats all we can ask.

Paris Paralympic Games: Brit Watch
i barely watched the olympics but i have found the paraoympics to be far more compelling. even if its not team gb, i have felt happy to see people doing well.

Carabao Cup. Is it time for Change?
i dont changes tend to ruin football, the champions and europa league feels stale and the same as each other. then theres the nations league which is boring. i have no ideas or suggestions about the league cup.

Yeovil merchandise misspelling
even yeovil fans dont buy their own merchandise, i would laugh my head off if the misspelling made it onto their shirts. we might need to amend how we spell it rightly, if it catches on. ????

Something for Fan of Big Tone
one of my favourite alumni articles is that of tony hateley, it told me all i needed and i can see why he made a lasting impression on fans like @Fan of Big Tone.

Automatic cars
when i was learning it was suggested to choose automatic but i could not take to it. i dont know, you will probably adjust with time but it felt strange for me that i had no control over the gears. so, i went with manual and im very happy.

Stuart Maynard discusses transfers, squad depth, and Notts County's upcoming clash with Swindon Town in League Two
i am glad that notts has rejected the bids, but it could lead to higher offers if clubs are desperate enough to add quality to their team. im not concerned all that much, pleased the focus is solely on playing swindon town.

More money than sense?
stuart maynard get on the phone to get macca back on loan until the end of the season! if they are signing a striker, it might move him further down the pegging order. strike notts and lets get him back.
-
More money than sense?
i doubt it. the only thing i can find on mihailo ivanovic in the news is from the football league world who are well known for making sensationalised stories. i wonder where the information came from, because i would imagine an italian team going in for him. if not at least a premier league team, millwall would do better persisting with macaulay langstaff.

The Nest/Fan Zone: Update.
the nest really is a great way to bring in additional revenue, its very good. @Fan of Big Tone i tried at the grimsby game but ended up leaving once i looked around. its not my thing either, but i can see that its a very good idea.

MAGnets link - Swindon Town
alan sheehan joined us after being released by swindon town. he had a loan spell before he joined them permanently.

Lou Macari at Notts last Thursday
he seems a right character but its great to see him supporting his grandson, here a good video i have seen of lou macari. some funny parts!

Alassana Jatta: In The Goals.
the facts do say a lot about jatta, he can be a threat on goal and i can see him being a big part of our squad. he is a good striker that has the ability to score goals in many ways. not picking faults, but it would be nice to see a few more goals from his heading ability, such a tall player would be prime for those types of chances.

Sharing the Love for Notts
i got free tickets from notts at school, i have mentioned this a few times in the past. my dad and uncle tried to get me to show an interest in forest, i was never interested but in very early teens i decided i wanted to take up the free tickets and i have loved notts ever since. even my dad and uncle now go to games, they sit in the pavis and have had season tickets for a few seasons now. my first game, i really enjoyed it and found the fans to be very friendly.

Transfer Rumours : Cedwyn Scott
some rumours just make me laugh, if the press start picking up then sometimes it can mean there is something behind it but even they can jump at social accounts spreading false reports. i dont believe it.

Did You Know? (Football Related)
i read notts were involved with the offside ruling and throw ins. its nice to see notts being connected to the first sub, i think football is much better with being able to make them but i dont like the new rules that restrict when you can make changes. very interesting fact, @Robbie.

Three England Managers.
i knew but it was not something i had thought about until now, i dont know much about howard wilkinson but i do know he used to be a manager. i think he played for notts too? not all that sure without looking him up. we should be proud to have 3 ex england managers.

Opposition View: Swindon Town Fan Lee Witts' Honest Analysis Ahead of Notts County Match
i think lee has given us a good insight into swindon, its difficult sometimes to start well but i think they will improve. i do feel very confident from a notts perspective but we are still working on our away form ourselves. so, swindon might be a bit harder for the fact they are at home and wanting to avoid dropping further points.

Jermaine Jenas sacked by BBC
hes now come out apologising, saying he thought his text were between consensual adults. it looks like he has been acting flirty and again, sounds like ah stuff without twitter. ????

Is I Robot Much Closer to Reality?
it is very scary @Robbie, i think robots could serve some purpose but i dont see why we are obsessed with reaching the point that humans have basically reinvented a metal version of ourselves.
