Notts Must Focus On Home Form

Absolutely that we must improve our home form, fans will be wanting to see victories from home and away - yet it is of great importance to be pleasing the home support. If within the 2015/16 we can just get that spirit back which has been somewhat lacking in recent years, I feel we will.

Onwards & Upwards!

We must build our form from home games, get the fans optimistic. Agree with the outline of the article and the message it carries, let's just go into this season aiming to improve the attendance at Meadow Lane by winning the games which matter the most.

Support will follow away days, it's a trip out but home ties are our bread and butter.

Great article @Blink1862 I agree entirely, our home form has let us down over many seasons now and I am hoping that Moniz will put things right this coming season by playing attacking, attractive football that the fans can get excited about and not the "one up front", boring stuff we have been subjected to in the past.

Pleasing the supporters of a football club is a very difficult task, when you mix loyalty with raw emotion and combined the two passion, you really do have a better to keep everyone happy. I do feel, we should focus more on our home form but at the end of the day we are in a points business and I'll take them however they come.

i have to agree with all of the above, especially super. i think if our home form was decent this year, fans would automatically get on board the following season especially if we signed some players which carried some real signs of intent.

all we need is a good home following and money spent wisely, hopefully moniz can turn the tide.

Whilst I agree that we need to improve our home form, I am not sure we should focus upon it. We need to play well organised entertaining football, both home and away, and pick up points.

I would love to see exciting attacking play but not if we lose. The standard and inconsistency of the officials can turn games into a lottery and a goal from a set piece counts just as well as a tippie tappy walk in.

There are about 2000 die hard fans that will turn up every home match, and who, if given the opportunity, will make a lot of noise and create an intimidating atmosphere for the visiting side..

However our team needs to give them a reason to shout and look like it can win. Last season we rarely threatened to do so.
