Congratulations to Josie Knight for winning gold. I can't say I've paid much attention, but seeing our own do well is a nice thing.

I'm not much into cycling, or motor sports.

Other than Lance Armstrong I couldn't name anyone and I had to behave myself, from having the urge to ask if everyone had been tested appropriately. It's one of those sports you'd just never suspect it to happen in.

its good to see brits doing well in sports, @Robbie you are better than watching the news. it cuts out the negatives and scaremongering that the news shows.
