Good morning, it’s Christmas Eve.

I hope everyone has got enough food and drink to last them because the shops will be shut all of 12 hours. We’ve got about 12 days worth I think. ????

The family will be arriving with a load more food and drink later on so we’ll probably have enough to see out a nuclear winter.

Have a great day everyone, Christmas is not always a happy time for everyone so I’ll leave this here.

Luckily I haven't had to battle the food shoppers this year as I'm away for most of Christmas. I did go out for a few things yesterday and it was packed, I was in and out in about 5 minutes, so I survived.

I should've left to go to my parents about 1 hour ago but they are still tidying and don't want anyone round yet! Good job I only live 20 minutes away. Back there for Xmas day and then starts a small tour of visiting other family members and friends.

I hope everyone has a peaceful and joyful Christmas break ????????

Watched the King's speech at 3pm, but admit I miss the Queen, because she was so good at these Christmas Day messages to the Nation.

Good morning, I hope everyone survived Christmas Day. We had a lovely day with family, a traditional turkey for dinner along with all the usual trimmings followed by Christmas pud.

Board games played in the afternoon, no Kings Speech for us we aren’t royalists so aren’t really bothered about watching the speech, my mum always used to watch the Queen but I wonder how many people bother these days.

The best part of the day was our son bringing an empty box labelled “Box of Festive Fun” we all put our phones in the box and spent the day offline, especially good for the kids to be without phones for the day.

Matchday today, safe travels to those supporting the lads.

COME ON YOU PIES!

Up early to get a good shopping delivery.

Pleased Notts got a good win against MK Dons. Hope Notts can continue the good form against Cheltenham on Sunday.

Morning all. We get our house back today as the family gather up all their stuff and head home to greet DIL’s family for more fun. It’ll take a couple of car journeys to take all their stuff home because they’re taking back more than they came with.

When they’ve gone hopefully we can get a walk which will be nice after being in the house for two days.

Good morning, in case your confused it’s Saturday (yes really) no football today though, tomorrow it will seem like Saturday but actually it will be Sunday, Monday will seem like Sunday, it’s all very confusing.

I hope everyone is ok and recovering from eating and drinking too much, as expected I’ve undone all my good work over the last month, I’ve put all the weight back on that I lost. The diet will be back on track when in the new year.

Have a great day everyone.

Good evening.

Watched a good film this afternoon. "Kindergarten Cop" with Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Always enjoy watching an Arnie film. I know that he's best known for the all action movies, & they are the movies he's best known for.

But Arnie is also good in the comedy role to. I think he's a very underrated actor. I liked him in "Jingle All the Way" too.

Morning all, it’s matchday, which is a bit weird being Sunday, nevertheless I am hoping it will be screened on Sky Sports + so I can watch it, otherwise I’ll listen on the radio.

Safe travels to those faithful fans travelling to see the match.

COME ON YOU PIES!

Good Afternoon.

Woke up this morning and was shocked to hear that there had been another plane crash landing, this time in Korea & yet another crash landing in Canada.

No injuries reported from the Canada incident.

Absolutely remarkable that there were two survivors from the Korean crash, but sadly there were at least 176 fatalities. Deepest sympathy to the relatives of those that have lost their lives.

On a positive note, looking forward to the Notts match this afternoon. Hoping for another win today, although Notts need to be at their best again to get a positive result today.

I woke up all bunged up this morning, I think the dreadful Christmas cold has finally caught up with me, a few family and friends I've met have been coughing like mad so it's most likely I've picked it up from one of them. Right now I don't feel too bad, just a runny nose and a bit of a sore throat at the mo.

Luckily I'm back home now so I can lounge around and chill today. I'll probably just watch a bit of the lunchtime football and then listen to Notts later. No other plans until New Years Eve now, other than working my way through my Christmas chocolates and left-overs collection!

Morning all, how’s everyone feeling after yesterdays fantastic win, what a great Christmas present they’ve give us fans.

Well today the tree, cards, trimmings and outside lights have come down, I don’t bother with all that 12th night rubbish, as soon as Christmas is done I like to get back to normal again.

The washing is on the line as it’s going to be horrible, wet and windy after today.
