Burton Albion under FA investigation

Featured Replies

there was rumours and allegations about jimmy floyd hasselbaink breaking transfer related rules back when he managed burton, he went to qpr and there was reports of him misspending money. spending big last summer clearly did not work for them.

I think that we are very fortunate to have owners in the Reedtz brothers who are very careful financially & keep a tight reign on the the Notts County purse strings.

Bringing in players that have the potential to grow by either free transfer & low transfer fees, & then later selling those players for profit is good business & can keep the club financially sound.

Proud to be a supporter for 58 years & counting of the oldest professional football club in the World. COYP

I really wish they would say what the charges are properly. It could be anything, and fans should be told right away when it’s announced. They don’t have to explain every little thing, just give us a clear idea of what’s going on. That way, people aren’t left guessing.

It’s bad for the fans, but it’s good that they are being looked into for breaking the rules.

But when some clubs can get away with charges or put them off, you can’t help but wonder how fair the rules are. They are supposed to keep football on a level playing field and stop clubs bending them to suit themselves.

Oh oh oh ohhhhh, everywhere where we go, watching super County putting on a show!
