From SkySports:

"Tomlin is out of contract at Roots Hall in the summer and the Shrimpers' financial situation could prompt them to part ways with the frontman.

The 29-year-old has scored 14 goals in all competitions for the League Two club this season, netting a double in the 3-0 win at his old club Dagenham and Redbridge on Boxing Day.

Swindon, Notts County and Stevenage are all believed to be interested in the striker, who signed at Southend from Dagenham on a one-year deal in the summer."

Looks Decent!

I used to sign him on Football Manager 2009, he hasn't seemed to be a target since that version. I don't really know much about him to be honest, I know of his name but nothing about the qualities he may bring to us. Martin Allen would probably hope to keep him, if I've done my revision right. (as I just quickly checked his wiki page) Any striker who is fast, can hold up play and pass would be useful. Goals would be an added bonus but that's not something I worry about personally, I can see us scoring if we play well.

Yeah, we still need to choose a team and stick with it; then our strikers will score more. As they become part of the team rather than just being swapped around. The midfield is the only consistent part of our team at the minute.
