Morning all - It's that time again - my turn to go on Matchtalk on BBC Radio Nottingham this evening and attempt to explain away our beloved Notts County. Would love your thoughts and views so that I can put them forward. My thoughts are that we have had more managers than any other club - 52 in total - do we really want another? My frustration is with a chairman who made his fortune in Recruitment - and still does if you follow the fortunes of CSG - but clearly cannot recruit a football manager, either here or in Lincoln, to save his life! I have no quibble with the money he has put into the club - it is there for all to see in refurbished facilities, new floodlights etc etc. However, the bit I don't get is why would you not take good advice from market leaders in your field if you are looking to grow your business? If he had done that, he would have had more money in the bank, we would have more points on the board, and Ricardo Moniz would still be coaching keepy-uppies rather than taking us to the brink of the Vanarama!

Andrew can you put these points forward as I'd love a answer point 1 none changes apparently resting reasons well why didn't McLeod noble Carroll Hewitt holis eddy Burke Campbell all have a day off an not be on the bench if apparently resting why not fill the bench with valencic snidjers wroe Adams sharpe milsom spencer or any other fringe reserves instead of bringing Campbell McLeod on when they apparently needed a rest no2 what is this philosophy because so far I haven't seen it against Luton we was lucky last min if York had any half decent striker they would of shot across goal for there chances and could of got a point away from home we started to pick up til he changed the squad no3 why is moniz never satisfied with a win even if it's 1-0 no4 this one bugs me what has Gemara snidjers done to just be dropped when the bloke has pace and talent and goals and why is he stuck behind Jenner is Jenner something special as a fail to see what he brings points made

I guess the burning question on everyone's lips is why did Moniz make 9 changes on Saturday? Has there been a fall out behind the scenes? I'm sure this will be discussed in full but not sure we'll get answers. Looking forward to the programme.

Rick isn't that good or much better, he just knows the ladies game very well.

After a spell of defeats he lost his ambition and turned negative, though he didn't blame the players (like Moniz) - He did start to drop off, made comments about the support and then things pick up his attitude changed. I also don't think our ladies will win anything under him personally, I think after last season and the bad run we had after the F.A Cup - He's lucky to still be in charge.

Regarding the mens team - I don't think you ever know who will work, it's going to take someone with the right attitude and drive to turn our club around.

We need to stop releasing the whole squad each season, I think at the end of this will be the one year we don't do that (hopefully).

Ricardo moniz wil get rid of half the squad amervor snidjers wroe hayhurst and maybe more players that' he has brought in some he clearly didn't think this thro properly the task was simple he wanted strikers he got them and plays them out of position another question is can someone please ask what relation is Julian Jenner to moniz cause how he is on the bench every game and how he was even on the pitch at orient ahead of Burke an Campbell is this biggest mystery since Jill dando died that reporter In case anyone doesn't know still ain't been solved
