The next round of the Europa League has been drawn and it's Liverpool v Dortmund. Who else saw that coming? The football gods love that sort of stuff. That may well be the end of the road for the reds.

On a side note, I have just booked a short break in Liverpool with the missus on the very day that BVB come to town. I'm not sure whether this is a good or a bad thing!

I've lost much of my interest in the European competitions, which is quite sad because I once knew all of what was happening across football (at least for UK based teams). I can't say it's got the attraction it once had, plus I'm not bothered about English clubs winning it at all.

It would probably be better for football if they didn't.

Too much tampering with the competitions if you asked me.

I watched the Man Utd v Liverpool game live on the internet yesterday.....the Liverpool equalizer was stunning....I think they will give Dortmund a run for their money.

So you managed to book a weekend break in Liverpool on the same date as the away leg for Dortmund.....what an amazing coincidence....the missus will be delighted!
