Laing 5 nice to have a defender comfortable on the ball

Tootle 5 Needed to put the foot in, which was needed today

Dickinson 5 good ball for Forte's goal.... got booked when ref got ball out decision hopelessly wrong

Duffy 5 out jumped for their first. 

Hollis 5 suited and booted for Cheltenham's direct style

O'Connor 5 better game than his 2 previous no shows. Still remain unconvinced. 

Milsom 5 more defensive than creative

Rodman 3 Anonymous again

Stead 7 Two class strikes

Forte 6 took his goal well. Got booked questioning another wrong decision by the ref

Subs:

Richards 6.5 Slotted in so well, no nerves, not a foot wrong. Pedro would have been proud

Oliver 5 Beginning to see what JS sees in him. Certainly does win headers

Collins 4 Energy but gave away needless free kick towards the end of extra time which put us under unnecessary pressure. Also needless offside for not running back when needed

 

 

From the radio (so I can't rate them obviously) it sounded like our key players was Forte, Stead, Milsom, Tootle, Duffy and Laing.

Its going to be interesting to see if we can get any more ratings, @NewarkPie @ohstanleyaborah... @Elite_pie? I'm unsure if anyone else went but I'm only tagging as I really would be interested to see the ratings from more PON members.

Just shows you, you can win with players being below the bar but you have to play as a team (plus rely on the better performing players).

Normal over the top ratings from Leigh...He seems to forget that the defenders / keeper conceded twice, so how can 7/10 be justified?

Im never very good at giving ratings since i have black and white tinted specs so im normally too generous, but id agree with piethagoram's ratings, Hollis played well and collin and Dicko were poor as usual
