Well I left thinking they are not doing much different from other clubs, yet what they do seems to work. Imagine Notts with a Co-director of Football.

look at a whole host of clubs who have done better than us and there are things to learn. i find it hard to understand why the football is not improving despite having a better manager than what the club usually appoint. i wonder how long until the dummy is thrown again?
