I was very interested to read the views of the Trust chairman on the takeover in the NEP this morning: http://www.nottinghampost.com/notts-county-supporters-trust-welcome-alan-hardy-takeover/story-29997862-detail/story.html

While I don't disagree with what he says, as a former member I was of the impression that the Supporters' Trust had been wound up. They have no website and there seems to be no way of finding out who's involved with it.

During the takeover saga it did cross my mind that we needed an organisation to act as the fans' mouthpiece. I find it a bit strange that they were silent all this time (and for years previously) and suddenly pop up again now.

dont see the point in the trust myself. why is their opinion even worthy of sharing? i think an average fans view would be better.
