should notts look to sign some players who are not available on frees like we did this past season?

if so, does it make a difference what positions these are or would you have a preference ideally?

Sign the best possible players from all steams and avenues.

I don't believe it's good relying solely on signing free players, yet you can get some great deals from the free transfer market. This past season I were impressed buy the fact we signed Lewis Alessandra for a fee, this must show the player that he's wanted and yes it could have proven to be a waste of money - yet this is where the scouting and profiling of the player comes into it.

Personally we should sign a mix of players, people with experience above League Two and those with raw potential. Yet certainly we should explore all available players that would fit into Kevin Nolan's plans.

Sign quality from wherever but avoid picking up players who wont make the grade.

This is something we need to do.
