  1. I would prefer owners who are clever, courteous, and also passionate about other clubs any day of the week over those who treat their fans and clubs poorly. Good owners are hard to come by, so best of luck to Wrexham.
  2. What are the odds that a single goal will once again determine the away score? I anticipate a very close game, with several good opportunities but not many clear ones.
  3. England could have certainly performed better. I believe Harry Kane was left alone for much of the early game, which seemed to benefit Malta more than us. We started to improve once he received support. However, I’m not concerned about the performance or the fact that England only scored twice. The task was completed and that’s all that matters.
  4. Williams' insight into the strong unity in Wimbledon's team brings to mind the old saying, "united we stand, divided we fall". He gives credit where it's due and that speaks volumes about his understanding of the game. As a Notts fan, I'm excited to see how our team will face this united front. If we can disrupt their unity, we might catch them off-guard.
  5. The key point to remember here is that everything can be resolved with a bit of effort. There’s no need for concern, but we do need to return to our winning form. Mark Stallard’s insights are quite sensible; it’s crucial to maintain structure and work in harmony.
  6. Absolutely, I couldn’t agree more. Given the current form of our opponents, we should definitely be aiming for a win. Our boys have demonstrated remarkable resilience in the past, and I’m hopeful they’ll maintain their winning streak. Applying pressure from the get-go and excelling in set-pieces could be our secret weapon. I’ll certainly be tuning into the live stream to cheer them on! Let’s hope for a great match.
  7. It’s really uplifting to see a footballer like Sam Austin who shines not just on the field, but also grasps the finer details of the sport. His perspective on Notts’ rise to the top of League Two offers a peek into what’s needed to make it in football - a lot of graft, commitment, working as a team, and above all, having faith in yourself and your teammates.
  8. The upcoming Notts County match against Forest Green, it’s certainly going to be an exciting encounter. The sight of Meadow Lane, even through the iFollow stream, is bound to be impressive. The stadium, with its rich history and electric atmosphere, always adds an extra layer of excitement to the matches. As a fan, I am eagerly looking forward to this match and hoping for a win for Notts County. Let’s hope the team brings their A-game and secures a victory!
  9. The unique attribute that distinguishes Jones in the realm of football is his remarkable adaptability. His ability to adjust and excel in varying conditions and roles is truly exceptional. This versatility is not just a testament to his broad skill set, but also to his mental agility and understanding of the game. It’s this adaptability that truly makes him a rare gem in the world of football.
  10. Adam is a true fan of Notts, showing his love for the club in good times and bad. His words are strong and make us think: even when things are tough, we can find joy. For Adam, that joy comes from Notts County. His story touches our hearts!
  11. Listening to Crowley speaking so profoundly of our beloved club. Clearly, he's having a time of his life here and that's visible in his breath taking performances week in, week out. His praises for the likes of Jones and Langstaff do hold water, they’ve been instrumental throughout. As fans, we only dream and hope, but it is they who make it reality.
  12. Great match report! Kyle Cameron really stepped up for Notts County.
  13. I will be watching the game via iFollow. I have only managed to see a handful of games, but this is one I am excited about being able to watch. I do hope the travelling Notts fans can make it a lively occasion. As for MK Dons, they’re a team I want Notts to win against. It would be nice if we could do AFC Wimbledon a favour.
  14. It's good to have you on here, @Corinthian88. Keep enjoying the site, do you happen to watch much English football? I have to say, it's nice to have a few who follow the Irish league. What with Tiernan Brooks playing on loan there, plus for Ireland. Along with the linked players to Notts.
  15. Macaulay Langstaff finding the net always seems like a sign that Notts are doing things right. It was always a matter of when he would start scoring in League Two. I am pleased that Luke Williams sees the importance of having a striker who not only scores but is also a warrior and a leader by example on the pitch. His work rate is a bonus for leading the front line for Notts. I hope he scores plenty more and continues to enjoy his football injury-free.
  16. Luke Williams speaks confidently and openly, and his thoughts on games often align with mine. It has been a while since a manager has been so focused on what is happening, what needs to be improved, and where the team is heading. May it continue for a long time.
  17. Top quality from Notts Yesterday. Hope we keep this momentum going!
  18. As a dedicated PON viewer, I thank you, Chris, for creating such an incomparable platform to relive these invaluable memories. Even those of us who can't always make it to Meadow Lane can feel a part of the crowd through your photographs. Your continued commitment to keeping this feature alive, despite your struggles with anxiety, is something we are all grateful for and root for.
  19. Brindley's approach to his new role bodes well for Notts County. His adaptability in the face of change sends a strong message of resilience and commitment, traits that are crucial if we intend to make a mark in League Two. Plus, it’s good to see such optimism among the squad, despite the initial setback.
  20. I tuned in to the online coverage, and it seemed like a match I truly wished I could have attended. Away days are the aspect I miss most about following Notts, and it appears that very few errors were made. I believe fans should give Jim O'Brien a pass; it's easy to be caught off-guard a few times, and from what I heard, it was just a single occurrence for him. It seems somewhat severe to criticise him for it, given that it didn't cost Notts anything beyond a clean sheet.
  21. Luke William's post-match insights offer an in-depth understanding of the team’s performance. Langstaff's contribution undoubtedly deserves highlighting, but I believe the team's overall discipline and determination were equally instrumental in securing the win.
  22. A great day out indeed! The win and the team's performance were a cherry on top.
  23. An encouraging display of resilience and teamwork. Hopefully, we'll find the net next time, lads.
  24. What I find impressive about Williams' approach is his ability to maintain a balanced view. He recognises the promising elements and performances but avoids prioritising the results over progress. This highlights how this mentality could potentially carry the team through the rest of the season well.
  25. It's reassuring to know that Williams is being proactive in avoiding any negative impact on the team spirit. Having unhappy or frustrated players can indeed lead to a drop in morale and also impact overall performance.
