  1. we need to sort the back out, a lot of cards, injuries which will be making it harder for themselves. thanks for this jj!

    Oxford - Scouting Report

if we flood their keeper it sounds like we may come back with a win but i am unsure which notts will turn up. i decided not to go in the end, tho i hope the game makes me wished i had. come on notts!
  3. there was nothing to our attacks in the first half, just a lot of wasted opportunities and that for me is the thing which needs to see improvement. i am not convinced that the full backs are the problem, i think the wingers need to step it up themselves.

    League Two Preview

i think it will go down to who scores, some interesting games ones which could see us fall a little bit if we dont get the right result. for confidence sake, we could do with remaining near the playoffs.
  5. i think we will keep the same tempo, mansfield will need to stop that. nice write up mate!

    League Two News

i think this is great, it tells fans whats happening and incorporates a fantastic piece for the site. thanks for bringing it back jj!
  7. liam is a credit to the club and i hope he can keep up the recent performances because hes been playing out of his skin. hes also such an influential player! credit to alan smith too.
  8. its nice to see dans thoughts here, brill responses to some good questions. thanks!

    League Two Preview

looking at the games on saturday, theres only one which interests me. until more establish themselves over a period of maybe 8 games, i think the league will only be forming a structure on who are serious about promotion. yet i think we are convincing people that we are. great article notts joe! you are a credit to the club for all your work you do.
  10. its a great decision to have roy lead us out, he deserves the chance and what an honour for notts to have this man do that.
  11. this sums up why i want to try and get to more away games, you have done well here.

    League Two Round-Up

thank you super ram, pleased to see this continued.
  13. i honestly felt confident going into the games, yet i hope by time we scunthrope we actually have another cb. we are very open, we need a solid player at the back and players to get into positions where they can help when teams put us under pressure. losing to grimsby is a bit disappointing but we should not get carried a way!
  14. its a shame really, i agree he was never given a chance but its best for him he moves. at least this way he will play. good luck cranston!
  15. its brilliant to see this! i love the opposition views and i have missed it. very interesting read, they will give us a good test for sure.
  16. it must take a lot of care and dedication, i am keen follower of the osa and i am planning to join. it seems very worthy cause and i would like to think i help the academy in a small way. well done to all of the committee.
  17. hopefully its only the start of the success, any work that goes into signing the players must be demanding and after the previous seasons. i think its best that we changed our approach, i think if they all speak to the player and others the decision will be easier. looks to have worked okay to now.
  18. big signing, hopefully he can contribute and give us the confidence upfront to just push on now. i am unsure if he will score more than 10 but his hard work and assists will be clinical i suspect. very pleased with this! nice write up jamie, your effort is not going un noticed and notts-joe keeps speaking very highly of you.
  19. i also hope fans take note, we are the soul of notts county.
  20. promising sign especially with the inclusion of the "off the field" comment, now lets hope this deal helps the club move forward on the pitch.
  21. all it takes is for him to settle within the right squad and his potential could be met, it would be nice if for once we worked on making futures and helping players reach their ability. i would also welcome him to our ranks.
  22. i have to agree with all of the above, especially super. i think if our home form was decent this year, fans would automatically get on board the following season especially if we signed some players which carried some real signs of intent. all we need is a good home following and money spent wisely, hopefully moniz can turn the tide.
  23. a very good story here, really sad about about what happened to anony. part of the glue of this website and although i did not know her, i do feel her loss. keep smiling joe! i know how much it upset you.

    PONcast Episode 3

interesting show, i hope we do have a competitive budget which is used wisely. i do feel that under ricardo moniz it will be spent better than what we have previously seen. i like the flow of the show and im looking forward to the next addition.
  25. i think people would accept the club could move slowly, i do feel we have been rushing for instant success and not focusing on improving each season. ray cannot keep pumping his own money into the club and the fans will only get tired of what we have to watch. that said he cares, hopefully we can adjust and learn quickly. good read.
