it was one of those things which you would have had to see to believe, it was incredible when jodi jones scored but aden baldwin is the man who redeemed himself and shown why he such a key part of our squad.

Jodi Jones netting the winner for Notts was a superb moment. It thankfully prevented another lottery that is the penalty shootout. Aden Baldwin's brace and the goal from Jones rescued the win and what scenes followed! The club hasn't been as thrilled as that in decades, if not longer.

I’m pleased that things ultimately turned out in our favour. It was frustrating to fall behind 2-0 so quickly, but Aden Baldwin did well to bring Notts back on level terms. I thought it made a lot of sense to bring Jodi Jones on for Adam Chicksen. He seemed motivated and eager to get on the ball.

It was an unparalleled match, and Notts’ ability to bring it back to a draw was characteristic. I feared that penalties might be our downfall until Jodi Jones scored the winning goal.

Sat at home watching I was thinking what a rotten way to end Notts season if they lost on penalties.Thank goodness for Jodi !Jones

It was just our misfortune to be forced into conceding due to the high defence and then fail to deal with a simple pass across the goal @super_ram. The second pass put Aden Baldwin in a precarious position. Witnessing it unfold in person only amplifies the disappointment, but undoubtedly those watching at home were leaping for joy along with the majority of fans in the KOP when the goal was scored.

Jodi Jones excelled on Sunday, but I felt that we could have benefited from more players performing at their best rather than just being average. Adam Chicksen was barely involved, delivering some neat crosses but not living up to his full potential. Even Ruben Rodrigues and Sam Austin seemed to be just above average.
