Pride of Nottingham reviews the past week of action and key stories in League Two.
- Notts County claimed their second point of the season with a 3-3 draw with Stevenage in Harry Kewell's first home game in charge of the Magpies.
- Crawley Town continued their good form under new manager Gabriele Cioffi with a 2-0 win against Morecambe.
- Lincoln City stayed top with a 2-1 win over second bottom Macclesfield Town, with the Silkmen still awaiting that first league victory alongside Notts.
- Following the win, Imps manager Danny Cowley said he thinks MK Dons have the strongest team in League Two.
- Exeter followed their 5-1 win over Notts by beating Mansfield Town 2-1 in their push to keep rising up the table.
- Yeovil Town ended Newport County's winning run in L2 in emphatic fashion with a 6-0 win at Rodney Parade.
- Stevenage's players and coaching staff went door to door in the town to deliver hundreds of letters in a bid to boost their home crowd.
- There are 88,000 residents in Stevenage but an average home attendance of just over 2,600 last season. The letter, "an invitation from us to you", urges fans to back the club's bid for promotion.
- Colchester United have signed 18-year-old striker Ken Charles on a development contract after the youngster impressed during an extended pre-season trial.
- Cristian Montano is set to miss Port Vale's game at Crewe Alexandra with a suspected knee medial ligament injury.
