    I suspect that this is Frank Vincent, with his recent release.

    Yes, he has retired. He had a very successful career, though not without its lows. His presence would divide opinions until you saw him play. Most of the clubs he had stints with would call him a lege

    @CliftonMagpie, you’ve provided so much detail that my brain is doing the cha-cha! @super_ram, I am loving it. If you could see me right now, you’d wonder why my tash is doing the tango. ????

@Piethagoram, I didn’t and don’t have any issue with you joining in. Apologies for not responding sooner. I didn’t realise you had mentioned me and I’ve been away from the internet due to football yesterday and family matters.

Oh oh oh ohhhhh, everywhere where we go, watching super County putting on a show!

I’m considering reviving this, assuming there’s still interest and members are up for challenging the likes of Tone and Fozzy. I plan to conduct one round per week, unless no one can guess the answer, in which case it might extend beyond that. If that happens, I’ll quickly move on and post a new ‘guess who’.

Here’s the updated table following Piethagoram’s round.

Points Table:

@Fan of Big Tone - 9
@Fozzy - 5
@Piethagoram - 2
@super_ram - 2
@KB1862 - 1
@liampie - 1

For those who are new, you’re welcome to join in when new rounds are posted. Existing members, please do participate. In each round, I’ll provide a description of someone previously associated with Notts. The clues will be vague, but you can ask questions for more information.

Yay, another chance to beat @super_ram at something. ????

 I'm in.

As a way of extending how long it runs, could we possibly look at adding a rule in somewhere along the lines that you can only make 1 guess per day?
That way more people are likely to see the question and participate.

I think it’s important to remember that it’s just a bit of fun and not to get too anxious about the result, as long as I win. :joker:

I propose that the rules for guessing should allow for three guesses per day. However, after making the first guess, you should wait for three other members to make their guesses before you can proceed with your second and third guesses.

I’m more than happy to join in with this. It sounds like a fun community activity, so count me in! The changes to the guessing rules should make it fairer for those who can’t be online as much as others. This should make it easier to have a friendly competition.

If you have any problems or concerns, feel free to send me a private message (PM). Always happy to help!
Please note: I’ll do my best to help, but some issues may need passing on.

Assuming everyone is in agreement, I plan to post the next round on Wednesday, the 31st, at 6pm. It will be wonderful to bring this back! :thumbsup:

Thank you, I am recovering. I won’t be playing football any time soon, but I should be able to attend the game on Sunday. I’m not sure about travelling to distant games yet; I’ll have to wait and see. I appreciate the kind messages!
