I am always thankful for the happiness of friends and family that pays forward onto me. Life’s too short, so being kind goes a long way.

Very true, @Fan of Big Tone.

I wished this was something I could have focused on years ago, but life is all about learning and those lessons we face are what determine who we are. I am thankful for those I have around me.

Being a good person is important. Your loved ones might not be as happy if they worry or are concerned about you. I have plenty of sprinkles in my life and I’m blessed by it.

Good thought for the day, @Fan of Big Tone. I think it’s the perfect quote for a lovely Sunday like today. We have to focus on the positives.

Isn't that the truth, @Fan of Big Tone. I hope your wife is coping with the medication and is getting closer to being taken care of by the NHS. Knowing that people are well, happy and in good situations is a blessing.

The 'knowing' helps almost as much as the actual 'doing'

Something everyone can reflect on. It is good to look after yourself like you look after others around you(like family). I've put my family ahead of me, which is generally a mums job but i have learn't in the past few years i do need to take care of myself abit too.

Perfectly summarized thought of the day: people don’t need to change unless it’s something that makes sense, like dieting or a bad attitude. Otherwise, just stay true to yourself and be the person you are.

Young people often feel the need to change in order to be noticed or accepted, but this is not necessary. If some people seem uninterested, keep looking for those who are without changing yourself.
