While I’m only vaguely familiar with the name, it seems that clubs are increasingly appointing managers who, in previous seasons, wouldn’t have been considered for first team positions. This strategy could either yield success or result in disappointment. Being a good coach doesn’t necessarily equate to being a good manager. However, it’s heartening to see someone from Nottingham being given the opportunity to prove their mettle.

Everyone starts somewhere but this seems a good appointment for Michael Skubala, so I think it's a good thing for Lincoln City. Hopefully, he can hit the ground running.

he looks like a wish.com jose mourinho! no idea of who he is or if its a good appointment. i miss the lincoln derbies in the league, so hopefully he does okay for them.
