Wasn't there questions asked  about the attendance in Notts match at Bradford Last Season? Stating that there was No Way that many fans were present in the Official Attendance Figures. And the answer was that Bradford had added all their Season ticket holders the match figures regardless of those fans being there or Not?

@Wheelbarrow repair man Yes, it I believe, is standard practice to automatically add season ticket holders ( present or not present) to the home attendance figures

It looked more than what was announced and shown on the squad, but who knows? Gillingham came in good numbers, the KOP was packed, Pavis looked full and the Family Stand had a good amount in too.

Someone will have messed up the note or number given for the announcement. No way was there only 11k; it was a busy game, more than normal.

The announced attendance didn’t seem right. It easily looked over 14,000. In the Pavis, I could see a free seat. The KOP only had seats in the side corners and not many. So, I am baffled by the 11,000.

I thought the announcement was higher than 11,000. I can’t say for sure, but the attendance looked larger. I would have remembered if it didn’t seem right, I would have thought.

I normally always take a picture of the attendance that is shown on the scoreboard, yesterday, I didn't. It seems strange thinking back that I didn't, but then again, I stopped taking pictures after the Sam Austin goal was ruled out - possibly before that. I remember hearing the announcement, just not the amount.

It could just be written off as the officials and frustration lead to the mistake, it's easily done. Maybe a note or message was given incorrectly? Upon reviewing my photos, I noticed that Meadow Lane appears bustling in areas that typically wouldn't see such activity, even with a crowd of 11,000.

i did not pay attention to the gate either, i was too invested in hoping we could score and get a point. :(

though the stands did look busier than 11,000.

If Gillingham took just under 1000, leaving 4000 empty seats in the Sirrel stand, that means there'll have been just 1000 empty seats in the rest of the ground. It will have looked full and there wouldn't have been any empty sections at all.

I'm far away in a sunny place so I really don't know, but the Lane has a habit of looking fuller than it actually is. But even 11,000 would be an outstanding crowd.
