A fourth successive defeat for Manchester City.

It is the first time in Pep Guardiola's managerial career he's lost four games in a row.

It is also the first time Manchester City have lost four successive games in 18 years, since Stuart Pearce was manager.

Pep under big pressure. The Owners won't be happy. Can he survive?

Pep will more than likely Survive, at least till the end of the current campaign when his contract runs out, (don't think he's signed a New one yet?) because  who would City replace him with? It's Not that the City owners have anyone lined up, what it will do is see how Pep copes without his World Class Players, he relied on in the past four seasons. And give Fans an insight to see How he Handles the Pressure. If things don't Improve or only improve a little expect a Massive Spending Spree from the City Owners in the January Transfer Window.

City still have the 115 charges hanging over their head, the Results of which are supposed to be Announced at the End of the Season. If they go against City watch for a Mass Exodus from the Etihad of Pep Players and maybe the present Owners.

he wont be sacked, some other managers might but they have a manager who has a high reputation. i think their fans would rebel if they sacked him. i can see him more likely to leave in the future of his own free will, than to be sacked. poor results but they are still 2nd in the premier league. how on earth is forest 3rd?

Another thing which May Work in Pep's Favour is the Fact Only Two Of Those Defeats have come in the Premier League. The International Break will also give City the chance to Regroup and they may get Injured Players back. Their Next two Matches are home to Spurs and Away to Liverpool neither an Easy Encounter, But has I've said Now we'll see how Good a Coach Guardiola Really Is.

@liampie Pep has a high reputation because he's only managed top sides with the best players. He's been lucky in that respect. I think he'd struggle if he managed an ordinary championship club that's mid table.

We will have to see what transpires in the next few matches but we may learn what he is made of too.

I really would love to see Pep just go rouge after his time at Man City and just pick some random club in a random league just to see how far he could take a team with an ordinary budget. I still think he's a very good coach it's easy to dismiss his achievements because he's always had great squads but lots of managers have managed big clubs with lots of very talented players and failed miserably.

The idea that losing 4 games in a row for City is a crisis shows you how good they've had it for years. I fully expect them to go on some ridiculous 12 game winning streak later on in the season!

  No Good You Becoming A League 2 Coach Then Pep, with your team having to Play Tuesday Saturday Tuesday Saturday. With Less Players in Your Squad than Your Current Squad at City. And More Than Likely One of Your Squad Members being Worth More than the Whole of a League 2 Squad. And Correct Me If I'm Wrong. But there's a Coach Down Nottingham way who's Team is also Ravaged by Injuries to his Top Players and he's led them to 3rd position in League 2. Now that may Not be as Glamorous as the Premier League, but his Budget Compared to Yours is Miniscule. Now What Was His Name?

I think Pep was one of the leading figures who pushed to get FA Cup replays abolished from the first round onwards.

And you may be right @Wheelbarrow repair man who says the best Head Coaches are in the PL?

I think only the footballing establishment think that.
