I go for an eye test every year. I had to do that for my HGV license. I wasn't aware of the green and red light test.

The optician can easily tell if you are long or short sighted by the eye test itself,but I suppose this test will help too.

I'm short sighted. I've never needed glasses to read until the last few years, when I've had verifocal glasses.

I haven't had any eye tests yet, but I’m still quite young. I don’t think I have any problems, but I would get a test if I thought I did. I think it’s easier to notice if your vision isn’t right compared to your hearing or other parts of your body.
