Does anyone know what they are there for, don't even have a flag or owt. Must be getting paid a decent amount. Are they allowed to make descisions.

Only time I've noticed this is when the assistance watch over Pens and the ref stands inside the box now (which I think he should be clear of).

Perhaps someone else can answer this.

Do they have goal line technology in the Champions League. If not, I thought they were supposed to see if it crossed the line or not. I'm sure the champions league generates enough money to pay for them though

Yes they do pens, goals and corners/goal kicks. No they don't have technology yet, but it's coming so this may be the last year we see them..

I've read somewhere that goal line technology is being installed by FIFA in Brazil ready for this years World Cup.

To be paid to travel to foreign places, paid to watch the game, to be on the pitch for such big events, adrenalin pumping..

Not boring!!

Also it'll be a step up the ladder.
