interesting to see that he would be out of contract, if we gain promotion and he does well where ever he ends up this season. He could be a worthwhile player to consider signing, he must have something about him to have attracted spurs, cardiff and now potentially bolton.

I think that it will be inevitable that if Notts get promoted, they will be in the market for several players of a higher level.

We have seen this happen with clubs that have been promoted to league one. Of course the wage bill will go up as well.

Has he joined them permanetly, @Piethagoram?

I thought he had been released, so someone is playing silly buggers with his Wiki page. Wonder why he didn't hang around Bolton?

Would have been good at #Notts but we cannot match championship wages

I think Colby Biship is still a free agent, he's got a decent goalscoring record since leaving us. He does have concerns with his heart but he made a comeback.

Portsmouth: Colby Bishop 'grateful' after comeback from h...

Colby Bishop has described the months that followed his open heart surgery as "horrific" after making a goalscoring return to the Portsmouth team.

Is he a striker or does he play out wide? If he’s a striker, he’s not kept up with scoring. I remember reading that he was one of the club’s top scorers at youth level. He really needs to push on with his career. Best of luck to him.
