Notts very unlucky to lose this match.. Notts created chances but credit to Wimbledon for their great defending.

Notts are not out of it & still have a good opportunity to go through with their excellent away record.

Please choose your PON Man of the match from the following players.

Bass, Macari, Platt,  Bedeau, Austin, Abbott, Palmer, Jones, Grant, Jatta, McGoldrick, Jarvis

C'mon folks, please vote for your Man of the Match. The lads need to fuel the defeat, to push them in the away leg and use our support to further encourage this. It's not over until the final whistle, so cast your votes.

Mine goes to David McGoldrick, but I thought George Abbott was equally as good at winning the ball back.

We are seeing a lot more fiery response from Abbott, and again, I thought he could have been carded due to building frustration. Luckily, it didn't happen, but it does spoil his performance.

George Abbott stood out for me. Defensively, he was superb in handling Wimbledon and showed his class in a tense match.

Notts played well but lacked the finishing touch. It took them some time to get going.

David McGoldrick would get my vote, but George Abbott, Will Jarvis, and Jodi Jones all showed they were at their best.

I don’t think there’s much that separates a number of our better performers last night, majority would’ve scored 6 or 7/10 from me. If Grant had scored, he would’ve been my MotM but I can’t look past his poor finishing. Platt just edges the rest for me.

I’ve gone for David McGoldrick although I think quite a few players put in a good shift.

I'm delighted to announce that David McGoldrick is the Pride of Nottingham's Man of the Match against AFC Wimbledon.

Well done David.
