Hi all! Been a Notts fan all my life (didn’t have a choice) and recently discovered this website. I came off Twitter and the Facebook groups as they were just getting a little annoying/negative for me.

Fun fact: when I was 5 I won a competition as a junior magpie to lead the team out as mascot at Wembley in the Anglo-Italian cup against Brescia in 94

Welcome to the Pride of Nottingham; I hope you enjoy being a part of our Notts County community. I am very pleased that you found the site and have decided to join us. We are a very respectful bunch of fans who enjoy discussing Notts and in those times when you need to be around people who see the bigger picture, I do personally find PON to help.

Football is a very passionate sport, but as fans, we need to take the ups with the downs and just enjoy life as Notts fans.

Your story could make a great piece on the gaffers fan features, he's done a few in the past and yours sounds like one which would be excellent to include.
