When playing it out from the back goes wrong

Featured Replies

I think playing safe & avoiding risky situations is just common sense. Continuing to play the same way & gifting the opposition easy goals can only be construed as foolish or even foolhardy.

It really is common sense, but it also shows a lack of communication on the teams who suffer goals like these. Who's shouting "Man on" or "Look behind you?" It's just pass, pass, mistake. Goal.

A field where dreams become reality.

And here's the first lesson. Kick it long or drop kick it long my son. It's a lot safer & it's a lot smarter.

The great Goalkeepers of the past, Bonetti, Sprake, Wilson, Banks, Clemence & Shilton kicked it long most of the time.
