Excellent result for Notts, now we’ve got to do the business tomorrow. 🤞

Fantastic result for us, if we win tomorrow it'll be difficult for them to catch us. Big if though! It's also shaping up to be a big matchday for Salford, with at least three of the teams above them guaranteed to drop points and possibly all five.

As for who I'd like to go up, Bromley are probably done now, plus us and Cambridge automatically and Grimsby via the playoffs. If we don't make it, I'd like Salford to go up so that we're rid of them.

@StarkMallard If Bromley beat MK Dons they will be promoted. Only Cambridge & Notts could overtake them if they won all their remaining matches,. Cambridge play Notts so one or both of them will lose points, & Bromley still have to play Cambridge.

Good point @Robbie. In that case maybe we should cross our fingers for a draw, as I'd prefer Bromley to be fully motivated when they play Cambridge!

It's a good night for Notts after the Tuesday evening games

Barrow 3 Oldham 2.

Oldham can no longer threaten Notts for a playoff place.

Chesterfield 2 Grimsby 1

A win for Notts on Saturday & Grimsby, who remain in 8th place would need to win all their remaining games to overtake Notts.

I think that Notts are virtually secure of a playoff place.

Yes, well done Barrow. Oldham's run seemed to end with us - must've gone to their heads

I like where Barnet are sitting, because it makes Saturday a real play-off game in itself and a chance to see where we truly stand
