A hard earned draw by Notts tonight against a side who will sure to be up there fighting for promotion.

Notts could easily have won the match with a little more luck.

So who caught your eye tonight for the PON Man of the Match?

I have chosen the first eleven for you to choose your favourite. Those players are,

Roos, Macari, McDonald, Bedeau, Tsaroulla, Palmer, Robertson, Jones, Hall, Grant, Jatta.

My top four stand outs for Notts are McDonald, who was solid once again, Robertson who is putting together some consistent performances, Jatta, who was a handful for Swindon tonight, & Grant who I thought played one of his better matches for Notts tonight.

I'm going for Conor Grant because he scored the goal & made an assist, & could easily have scored another with a bit more luck. I also thought he did exactly what Martin wanted from him tonight.

I went with Grant, I was pleased to see him actually smash the ball into the net for once. I thought he was pretty good on the ball and showed some lovely touches and link-up play but beyond that he didn’t stop running and pressing all night. I don’t have the stats but I’d be amazed if another player covered more ground than he did.

That was a tight deadline!

Never mind, my vote goes to Conor Grant anyway. I really hope he uses this to push on and hit a higher level with more consistency. The injury to Luker and Iorpenda falling off has opened up a spot for the taking, so it's down to Conor. At Swindon, it wasn't only his key goal and assist contributions, he maintained a positive involvement for the whole 90. Before, we've seen him fade away for long periods, but there was none of that on Tuesday.

I'd say 2 players pushed him close - Jatta, also involved in both goals and solid throughout, including in his own box. And then Macari...the pick of the defenders for me, especially in the 2nd half. Both goals came from his side, but none his fault. Their equaliser was a fluke. They couldn't have played the ball down the line, if it wasn't for a poor ball hitting their player's back and ending up in the perfect place for them.
