Pity we couldn't hang on but still a highly commendable performance and bounceback. Great effort from all the lads.

I think Tsaroulla sent a message there, whether he knew it or not - play me on the left. That was by far his best showing for weeks. I hope MP keeps him there. I'd say only Iorpenda bested him today.

It's shaping up to be the most exciting league in years. So many teams in with a chance of promotion. I expect it to go down to the last 5 minutes of the last game of the season, that's how tight it is.

I'm pleased that Notts turned things around from the terrible performance against Chesterfield to being the best side against MK Dons.

Iorpenda seems to get better with every match & it will be difficult for Palmer & Robertson to dislodge him. Kouhyar had a good game before he became injured. I still think that Tsaroulla's best position is in the left which he demonstrated clearly against MK.

Notts deserved to win the match & were unfortunate to lose the lead by an individual mistake. Chesterfield & Walsall lost while Salford drew their match, so Notts are still up there & in the mix.

It is going to be a close fought fight for promotion in the 2nd half of the season with every match being competitive & tough to win. The January transfer window could prove to be vital.
