Issue with Missing Members Display Images

Featured Replies

I am aware of what the issue is, I am trying to detect how I have re-introduced the issue. I am tracing an error log but there are several apps which could be causing this. I thought at first it was related to a task manager I have built, but it seems more related to a different situation since I have disabled that.

Please give me a few hours, I will patch the issue and learn from it.

Unfortunately, it is widespread and many members have been affected. I have a backup, which I will use to manually re-add what I can. Until then, please do not re-upload one and wait for my green light. I am sincerely sorry for the issue, and I very much appreciate your understanding. It's very frustrating, but I will get to the bottom of it.

PS. Feel free to comment below, by all means tell me off. 🤣 I would post this on the status page, but since it's effecting so many it's best served here.

Okay, I know what is causing it and at first it didn't make sense. I won't speak jargon, but basically I created a better widget to show the members who had been online in 24 hours. Whilst this is clean, it does clash with another application and this is where the issue lies. I am patching both, just to prevent this, or at least that is the plan. I will make mistakes at times, but I will do my best to act fast to prevent interuption.

I will post back to this once I am certain the issue has been resolved.

It's being a bit persistent but I believe I am close to having it resolved, unfortunately, I am getting tired and will wrap up trying. I have disabled the application, but its still not safe to upload new display images or your old one.

I'm really sorry about this, everyone. I appreciate your patience. 👍

I fixed the issue in the early hours, and can confirm that I have successfully patched the issue that caused it. I am checking the most recent backup that I have and will manually re-upload every members choice that I can identify. If I miss yours, I apologise but I either don't recall what you had as your display image or I don't have it.

Unfortunately, I am struggling to pin-point most due to how expansive the uploads are. 😥

Feel free to re-upload; I will backup display images in the future directly but I will continue to try and funnel through what I have + from the dev site. Thanks for understanding. 🫶🏻
