Good morning it’s a bright sunny start to the new week but a tad chilly.

Back to school or college for our younger members after the Easter break but for us retired old farts it’s just another day.

They’ve changed our bin day from Monday to Tuesday so today I’m going to get in the garden today and do some tidying up so I can fill the brown bin, it costs £45 a year so I might as well make use of it, we’ve also go some rusty old metal to take to the tip, I can’t leave it outside the house for the scrap man as our bungalow is on a little offshoot from the road and he wouldn’t see it, the tip isn’t far away so I’ll drive up there with it.

Have a lovely day everyone.

Snap @Fan of Big Tone i will be getting in the garden today as Mrs P has designed what she wants the back garden to look like, so much for retirement 😀 I must admit it's a reasonable looking design and gets rid of most of the grass, less mowing but just enough for the dogs 🐕 to use if necessary.

Have a lovely evening one and all.

It wasn't a good day for me, but I still got things done. I'll take the days when I can at least still do things, even if they aren't the best.

Not much I can say, I haven't done anything except some TV shows and YouTube. Nobody really is interested in the coding side, I don't mean this to be taken the wrong way but it's hardly interesting. I suppose, some might be happy to know that I have released a free resource and one paid item, but only the free app has had 3 people download. I really don't expect to sell much, but any others with sites like PON will be helping to fund us if they do. )

As I am reinvesting any of the sales back into the server to get things efficient and sustainable.

Good morning to you lovely PONsters.

Nice to hear that you are keeping a positive vibe @Chris i hope things keep ticking along and growing, remember Rome wasn't built in a day.

I hope everyone has a great day, it's good to be alive. 🤠

Morning all, nice day here so far but not as sunny as yesterday.

The bin men have been so I’ve hosed out the garde waste bin which was in a bit of a mess, Mrs. T is at the hairdressers all morning so I’m getting a few jobs done before we go our walk later.

We’re trying to do 150,000 steps this month on our walks, we are on target so far we’ve done 61,752.

On our walk this afternoon we were confronted by these little fellows, who after seemingly mistaking my shoelaces for worms proceeded to want to adopt us and followed us a long way until finally giving up. Guinea Fowl I believe.

Today's been difficult again, but I have made the most of it.

Tomorrow regardless of how I feel, I am going to see Super with Jake. I have been talking to Mark (old admin) about the meals he cooked and provided feedback on the last two dishes he made. He's doing the job of a saint, and I can't thank him enough for doing it. It's not for any other reason than wanting to help Super and provide some quality food.

I hope the rain isn't around tomorrow, or the wind. It's Berlin weather at times (take my breathe away). (

Top of the mornin everyone. Dull and overcast here in the mid shires.

Nice pair @Fan of Big Tone the Giunea Fowl i mean, not feet 🤔 great idea to challenge yourselves once again, fair play to you.

Horses fed, watered and poo picked. Now a steady walk home for some brekky and carry out Mrs P's instructions which includes several pieces of cut sleeper to make a wildflower bed. Not a problem 👌

@Chris you can't beat quality food, and it sounds like you have a gem in Mark who really does sound like a Saint, good people like him are a Godsend. Looks like morning into early afternoon is you best bet to be rain free, so make the most of it my friend. 🌥🌦🌧

Had a great weekend in Newcastle as I took Mrs P to see Rick Astley (one of her favourites) and the bonus was Gabrielle did the opening set, how fortunate were we 😎

Make the most of your day and the gift of life. 👍🖖

Mark has always been like family to me. Although we drifted apart a few years ago, he has consistently provided support-not just for me, but for my entire family. I wished he would consider coming back here, because he massively cared and tried to help.

He's a very good chef though, and I have enjoyed home-made food made by him such as burgers. I don't know anybody who focuses so much on the quality of his food, or what goes into his meals. He doesn't just put anything in, but what is quality and fresh. Hopefully, he manages to get his portable business going one day because I have no doubt it would be a success.

Morning all, the next few days are going to be busy for us, we are going away until Sunday, we’re meeting up with 14 old friends on a campsite and having a meal on Saturday organised by yours truly, you can’t believe how hard it has been getting this meet up together to everyone’s satisfaction and finding a restaurant to accommodate us.

I just hope the weather stays fine for a few days, we’ll be in a static van the rest are in motorhomes and caravans. Sadly it means I’ll miss the match on Saturday which is really bad planning, it didn’t seem so important last year when I was planning the trip. doh

You are well blessed @Chris having such a wonderful person in your life. Our second Son is just the same, he always uses the best fresh ingredients and spices, the aroma when he is cooking makes ones mouth water. I wish him well with the portable business, our son is looking at the same and making chicken and vegetarian wraps, spicy and non spicy. Another possible Gordon Ramsey 👨‍🍳 🤔

@Fan of Big Tone i hope the weekend goes well, the forecast is good 👍 🌤🌞

Just back from walking the dogs, the weather is beautiful, with the birds singing and the wind whispering through the trees. No one else here, just me and the boys, soooooooo peaceful and tranquil. Have a good day everyone.
