Radio Nottingham are reporting that Shaun Derry has said that Danny Haynes has a future at the club.

Thoughts?

Proud to be a Notts County Supporter for over 60 years.

He has to take the chance SD is giving him. We can't afford to let players walk away. A tuned in Haynes will score goals. He has to play up front I reckon.

There is no other choice on the horizon for Mr H.

I guess he's swallowed his pride pill, and let's hope it's worked.

I must admit, he has a lot to prove and it has to be quick.

Here's hoping, Good luck Danny.

I actually bumped into him the other week when I was down at the club, we had a brief chat. He actually thought I worked at Notts and asked me if I had seen someone called 'Richard'. I asked him how he felt being back and if he had been training, very friendly guy. I won't repeat what he said, it was all good though. He didn't speak very highly of Scotland.

Though I don't blame him, the league(s) are quite poor.

Worth the chance really, a good squad could be the difference in him.
