Chelsea in final

Ok, so Chelsea are through to the final at Wembley, and Jose Mourinho's push for silverware and honours continues. However the semi final wasn't without controversy with the press and Liverpool alleging TWO stamps by Diego Costa.

We know the best players have that streak, the ruthless and at times nastiness about them, but IMO this is just wrong, that his own manager can defend him... one perhaps an accident, but two?

I didn't watch the game, but would love to hear the opinions of any that did, or indeed anybody else who has an opinion on this...

Costa's reputation precedes him. Have a look at some of the videos from games between Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid. I think he'll be banned for the second one. Not sure about the first. He wasn't looking at the player.

i dont think you have to look at the player to intend to hurt someone, it looks like he meant to do it to me. not acceptable and i hope they throw the book at him.

chelsea should also be fined imo.

He looks like a disaster waiting to happen but neither look like he did them on purpose, just a mindless accident really. Is this way people was kicking off on Facebook and Twitter?

I've seen much worse, as I say both seem like accidents. I can't say I see any malice within what happens, not at all.
